[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip — Mislead

Hello Complaint Team,

This is to bring in your attention that makemytrip and etihad airways mislead us while making online booking as return flight from Delhi to Manchester via Abu Dhabi and there was a connecting time at the airport on outbound leg which was 19hours at the airport on Abu dhabi then from abu dhabi we have schedule our next fligh from abu dhabi to manchester which leds me to stay at the airport for 19hours as connecting time confirmed from etihad airways & makemytrip twice for transit visa since it was 19hours stay they mentioned you do not require any visa because it's not 24hours at the airport so you do not require visa hence while boarding plane at the counter of etihad airways mention you cannot board the plane beacause you do not have transit visa now they are not providing me any option as such for any different flights also saying we never confirmed the same as such.

I need my refund of 40,000 Rupees asap + taxes + the charges for staying here
