[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Refund Pending | |||
I had booked three air tickets for an Indigo Airlines (through makemytrip.com) to Ahmedabad from Bangalore on 19/8/12 at around 5.30 am.(As it was an emergency matter due to a death in the family). While booking I had clearly selected the timing of the flight as 11.20 am. as it was very urgent to travel to ahmedabad. But after all the proper selection and the payment was done, we received the confirmation of the air ticket booking of Indigo for an evening flight. So, the very next moment I had called up the call centre and spoke to a person - manoj and had explained him all the problems in detail, and he had convinced us to cancel the current booking and rebook for the flight at 11.20 am and he had promised us to get the due refund on the rescheduling of the air tickets. But, when i have received the refund of the cancelled tickets, they (makemytrip.com) have not refunded the actual amount.
