Non issue of NO DUES CERTIFICATE

Sir,

I applied for no dues certificate on 16-02-12 after payment of all dues under Penalty Relief Scheme 2011 Vide Challan No. 118695 dt. 23-11-11 and payment of Ground Rent and Service Charges vide challan No. 052210 dt. 16-02-12. Subsequently I applied for No dues certificate. I met accounts officer of the concerned section for the cerificatebut he asked me Rs. 1,000/- for signature of the paper.
