Maruthi Ritz Vdi — Poor service

I have given my Maruthi Ritz for regular service and check up( KM. 45000) on 18.08.2012(Saturday)to KVR Manjeri.Got it back on the same day evening at home since the Service Adviser is my neighbor. On the next day, when I took my vehicle to go out,I found the Air Condition system of the car is not working.Then and their I informed the Service Adviser about the problem. He came and inspected the car and advised me to bring to the Service center for repair.I took the car to Manjeri on the next day itself.So far I have not received the car repaired.They are finding excuses every day and justifying that the problem is not because of them.Now I am hiring taxi for my journey.Tomorrow I will go out of station for 10 days and I have to find alternatives for my journey.These all happened because of mishandling car in KVR Manjeri.Car given in sound condition is charged 3800 rupees and now keeping with them uncertainly. My previous experience with the same dealer was also worse.After having service from KVR Perinthalmanna, I found that the wires are not attached to the battery resulting the lack of central lock and head light.On the way back home, I had to repair that from another center.Now proper compensation may be given to me for my extra expenses.My car No. is KL 60 B 4826.
