[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VXI — Spoil the engine of my new car during second free service

I am again complaining for bad services performed by Maruti service station in Okhla, New Delhi - owned by T R sawhaney Motors private Limited, after my first complaint one month back.

My second servicing was due and I gave it to the said Maruti service station. The servicing was really bad. I call the concerned person at the workshop and registered the complaint online on this portal. Post my complaint they attended my car but to my utter surprise in return spoiled my car engine.

My car [DL 8CU 1559] is only 6 months old and they have done something to my car engine that it breaks down after few km of running. Mischief does not end there. T R Sawhney service station has even damaged the front panel. Now non of my meters (speedometer, fuel meter, techometer etc) are working. Once I have to call for assistance because my car broke down due to no petrol in fuel tank. I could not assess that there is no fuel in the car because they have already damaged my fuel meter.

Since I have no option and i need my car to travel every day, I have given the car to the service station with a surety from their side that nothing will go wrong this time. However I am still not sure about their performance this time.

Now I write with a request to the authorities to look into the matter and provide me with the compensation for damage done to my new car engine along with mental agony that I have been through for almost a month now.

Damaging my new car for the second time in a row, is really a serious crime done by T R Sawhaney Motors Limited - service station Okhla New Delhi.

In addition I request the authorities to punish the wrong doers.
