[Resolved]  maruti wagon r vxi — Not giving a proper answer

Dear Sir,

I have purchesed Maruti Wagon R VXI before 6 month.i am givin for service timely to the our authorised service center.My car is whobling since i give in service from last Monday.Mr Chirag Panchal(ahemedabad office) is not giving a proper answer to me and he told me that you have to wait till 6th of february while goodyear company employeye will see the problem and then i can give your car back and he also told me that we cant do anything in this matter you need to wail till 6th of feb.

Sir i am woking with Wynn Telecom Ltd. at Rajkot(Sourastra) and i live at ahemedabad so i travelle regularly in my car so now i disturb in my working.i am prefered maruti because i know your after sales service is very good because of that person (Mr Chirag Panchal) your company reputation getting down and i am siriously not setisfied for this answer after this mail you will resoved this matter on priority basis and please take action on Mr Chirag Panchal.
