SIR, I have been a diehard fan of your company's cars .I had owned a maruti800, Omni van, and now a Swift VDI .I have facing very typical problems with my swift car from last one year after i had an accident at rudrapur for which i had got the NATMAR insurance vide your dealer M/s AKANKSHA AUTOMOBILES .The service superviser at your rudrapur dealer workshop clearly disappointed me by step bynot replacing my broken battery, and by overlooking at the glowing engine checklight which afterwards lead to the replacement of the ignitionglow plug of my car at CORAL MOTORS bareilly.that very problem lead to step by step failures in my car.Eventually car started closing while with AC on for 20-30 mins.A fortnight back i was on my way to SGPGI hospital Lucknow for health checkup of my ailing Father, and suddenly after some small pitstops the car altogether failed to start due to this i had to send my father with a lift.after some time the car started on .with severe caution i brought the car back to bareilly with toying facility.well the car is under the inspection of coral motors since 6-May and i have waiting for there response (which seems very difficult to findout the root cause of the problem).please help me to regain my value for suzuki.please note i have got the extended warranty policy of my car...THANX...and hoping for a speedy and positive response.
