To The Commissioner Municipal Corporation of Delhi Delhi Subject: COMPLAINT regarding the blockage and over flowing of the MCD sewer line in nirankari colony , delh - 9. Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of 5/117 A, nirankari colony(near bandh) , delhi - 9., is blocked and over-flowing due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address. It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area. I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard, they only got one answer that it’s not their duty or the area doesn’t fall under their administration which is absolutely wrong. This association takes the opportunity to bring to your kind notice the following
facts for your kind consideration and necessary action:
1. Take as per instruction from Delhi Govt. Urban Development Department,
RWA submitted the Colony Map to the Delhi Govt. Urban Development Department, to get Provisional Certificate, and order to the Funds released for
Various Developments works. Accordingly this Association examined the
boundaries of the Colony and submitted the desired Map duly approved by
Architect.
2. After that much efforts and under the hard pressure of residents, the UTTRAKHAND ENCLAVE PART-II, Development Association surrendered itself on 2010 and the relevant Documents to this effect has already been deposited the concerned authorities since long and now there is one and only one association is functioning under the name UTTRAKHAND ENCLAVE SHASTRI PARK EXTN. NATHU PURA MORE IBRAHIMPUR VILLAGE DELHI -36,

3. Since the only dispute with shastri park ext. has been settled.
we Request your good honor to delete our colony from the list of disputed
ones and Provisional Certificate be issue in our favor as the residents have
already suffer much and exhausted their patience in the absence of basic facilities which are to be provided in unauthorized colonies as per in Delhi
Govt.Policy.
4. We request you to examine our case in the light of above facts, and PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE to be issue to us. So that long
awaited development works:-
i. Laying of water pipe lines
ii. Leveling of Streets.
iii. Construction of Street lights and construction of main Road leading in the Colony.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Sewer line over flowing on the main road
SEWER WATER FLOWING ON THE MAIN MADHYA MARG near Gali No.13-A , Tuglakabad Extension, New Delhi-110019 from the village side. The hawkers throwing garbages on the main road. It aggravates the dirtiness of the environment further. Mosquito & fly breeding has started. malaria, Dengu and cholera like epidemic may spread in this locality at any time. PLEASE HELP and educate the local citizens of this locality through any self less NGO.ATLEAST PLEASE STOP FLOWING OF THE SEWER WATER AND FLOATING OF GARBAGES ON THE ROADS IN MADHYA MARG AND GALI NO.13 AT TUGLAKABAD EXTENSION, NEW DELHI-110019 IMMEDIATELY.
