[Resolved] Mega Cabs — False Inflated Charging by Driver | |||
Hi, I am a frequent user of Mega Cabs & I have been wrongly charged by their drivers multiples times.. Have compained regarding one of the incident - I booked cab on 21st Jan..i booked 2 hour package @ Rs 500 (for 20 kms).. When I reached back at my final destination, it was 5 minutes more from 2 hours... and driver charged me "Rs 795" because it was 5 minutes more than 2 hours (kilometers were less than 20). And as per the driver, if you are a single minute late from 2 hours, then you will be charged additional Rs 295... at that moment i gave the money to driver since he was shouting like anything.. I reported a complaint regarding same to customer care... (COMPLAINT No. 69).. called them 10-12 times since then.. but response was really surprizing.... like "our driver is on leave, once he comes back, we will refund your money via him", "please share your address we will be refunding money on your adress directly", but unable to commit deadline... Below are the entire details: 1. Booked On: 21 Jan. 2. Complained on: Same Date. 3. Booking Number: mDEL2013 4. Time: 13.00 5. Chauffeur: Ashok Kumar Shukla (Cell: [protected]) 6.
