this NIIT BTM layout is a total bakwaas institute.. it consists of filthy business minded people who want nothing but money.. bunch of crazy out there.. i joined somewhere in mid november to this idiotic place, was fooled by counsellling of ms.Kusuma, who is the centre head right now.

I paid fees on Nov 15th, but classes started only after a week that too, with much persuasion from my side and asking for refund. I was the only student in the class while other students plonked in, both new and also from other batches.. one mr.Munikumar was handling my classes but he went missing suddenly. But this what these crazy people say but what the truth is that they had a dealing and then parted. One of my batchmates spotted him a souple of days back. These hypocrites said that "we dont know where munikumar is, we dont have any contact, this that and all crap with "

HOw can a company not have it s own employee details?

so, after this guy ran away we didnt have classes for 3 weeks..

and lots of drama in between these days, it s 3rd of FEB today..

and still my SQL isnt over(not even the first book out of the three, my Java is halfway through)..

the irony is that half of my batchmates have joined before me, i.e september n so on..

this is a total bakwaas institute and i dont have the patience to narrate the whole incident.

i am including my first e-mail to these buggers here.. remaining i ll post later on.. read on, NEVER EVER JOIN THIS STUPID GOOD-FOR-NOTHING INSTITUTE..

"Ms Kusuma/Mr Mahesh,

This letter is being drafted on behalf of my father, as he he is busy. This is Sai Aditya J, currently a student at ur NIIT BTM centre for Core Java and Oracle Courses. I would like to bring out who issues with which you people have kept nagging me!

I came on 15th of November(fortunateley or unfortunately) to ur BTM centre; even after i had a bitter experience at another NIIT centre.I just came for the brand name NIIT, and u guys there at BTM seem to be spoiling it. U informed me that a new batch is starting, so-so timings on 17th of the same month and that i should pay the fees on the same day and i can attend classes from 17th. So my dad had paid the fees on the same day(Receipt no : 2851). Then just before i could start for class on 17th morning, my dad gave a confirmation call to you, and u said that there is "NO CLASS TODAY". The same happened the next and following days. Reason ? U people had not gathered enough students for the class.

Then y did u promise me the class starting date and made me pay the fees?

then after a long heated arguement with the concerned people and after i had demanded for refund(as i did in the earlier case of other NIIT centre), u people agreed to start the batch with only me as the student.

So i thought that ur motives were genuine, but to my dismay, as usual, Mahesh came and said, u just brush up the OOPS concepts and regular classes would start by next week.(thinking that he could gather more people within the speculated time). I got angry and said i cant be kept waiting, i have a million other jobs to do, and again i had a heated arguement with them. The result? Classes commenced the same day with Munikumar as the faculty for both Core Java and Oracle. i was the only guy for a few days, after which few people had joined my batch.

Now everything was going fine when again, u people fiddled up with the timings. One day, u say come at this time, the next day u say no no, come at this time, this and that.Do u think we are dummies? Again i had an arguement and the centre head promised me that the timings wont change and u can continue your classes.

Then i noticed that, FEW GUYS FROM OTHER BATCHES, WHO HAD ALREADY ATTENDED CLASSES FROM OTHER STAFF WERE WANTING TO COME TO MUNIKUMARS BATCH AND THEY DID THE SAME AND THEY WERE ATTENDING CLASSES WITH ME AS THEY WERE UNSATISFACTORY WITH THE SPEED AND PACE AND KNOWLEDGE THE OTHER STAFF HAD!

Read those students as Raghavendra, Anitha, Bavithra, etc .. Point to be noted.

And i dont want to elaborate more on the timings issue, and the timings were like this. 9 30 to 11 30 Java and 11 30 to 1 00 as Oracle.
But effectively the Oracle class hardly went on for an hour a day. Reason? No proper classrooms alloted to us, No proper working systems if at all a class is found. And with all these, Mahesh was putting pressure on Munikumar to finish off the classes soon(Business tactics i guess;so that another batch can be started in that slot).

Then came this.. Suddenly, i was informed through Munikumar one night(5th JAN) at 10 30 by SMS that there willl be no classes on the following tuesday and Wednesday. Reason? GOD knows. He didnt respond to calls or SMS s after that and something fishy was going on. He is missing from that day along with Raghavendra, (He also hung up when i asked about Munikumar) till date; and classes are not going on for both Java and ORACLE. We students were not happy about this and asked mahesh about what happened to Munikumar. He says he doesnt know and he asked us (both JAVA AND ORACLE GUYS) to attend classes from some other faculty.

We were strongly against this, as we feel that Munikumar had his own style of teaching and he never went according to the book. He taught us practically and he missed out few points which he would catch up later on during some other ocassion. More than that, as the Java and ORACLE batches are already half-way in pogress, ITS DIFFICULT FOR US TO ADAPT TO THE NEW STAFF and also the new pace.He tried convincing us sying Munikumar is not a certified faculty, this that and blah blah.

After much persuasion, mahesh asked the Java batch to wait upto Monday, the 19th and see if Munikumar turns up and if he does, he asked us to attend 4 hrs of Java which eats up the Oracle session and he said this strongly "Munikumar wont take SQL hereafter". When asked for the reason, he just blanks out on us.The CHEAP Business tactic involved here? Mahesh s idea is to merge the SQL batch with an ongoing SQL batch, which is much ahead o[censored]s and also a different staff. I spoke personally with those batch students and they told me their situation. They were many chapters ahead o[censored]s and when i went again to talk about this to mahesh, he said the same statements to me again.

Mahesh mentioned this also. "I[censored] WANT U CAN ATTEND THIS BATCH SAME TIME, BUT MUNIKUMAR WONT TAKE SQL". I dont know the reason behind this.

After all this we guys decided not to dance to any o[censored]r tunes and we quit classes till Monday(even though ther were not any).

the FUNNY thing is Mahesh wants me to attend Java 9 30 to 1 and also ORACLE 11 30 to 1. How can i? Please read the statement again and see how silly it its.

Till now i have paid 28k approx to ur institute and i feel it s a waste due to the way you people are behaving,

On top of this, U people have tried to isolate me alone and call my other batchmates for class and also held classes for GIRISH(yesterday and today as he was bhakra for u people). This is upto no good and i badly want refund of my PL/SQL
money given the case you people never change.

We also agreed that, If munikumar comes on monday, we ll attend 4 hrs of JAVA, also we ll attend ORACLE from another staff as said by you, BUT it should BE A NEW BATCH( for obvious reasons as i mentioned earlier).

But mahesh or kusuma didnt budge to this too.

My conclusion? I am fed up of arguing with ur guys, that s why i have resorted to e-mail(which will serve as a proof also incase of consumer disputes on a later stage).

So, please dont call me by phone and play the fool again, just e-mail a reply.

I expect a sensible reply and decision by you, else i am bound to take strict action on you people for the reasons stated above.

I wrote my HP exams(QTP and QC) long ago. But I was not instructed to create a HP learner ID at the annanagar center in chennai, India. After 8 weeks when I asked about the certificates they told me to create HP learner ID. I have tried unsuccessfully several times to create the same. I always get a mail from the HP site saying that they will reply to me in 3 days. But this reply never comes. I also wrote to HP customer care and they say that I have to create a HP learner ID to get the certificates. Please help me to get my certificates as it is now nearly 4 months after I have written the exams.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have recieved from NIIT anna nagar center. They always respond to my queries with vague answers. But before writing the exam they were pouring soap and honey. This is not the desirable behaviour for one of the biggest IT institutions in INDIA.

I am a masters student in national institute of pharmaceutical education and research. This institute is granted the position of institute of national importance. I gave bhavishya jyoti scholarship exam of NIIT at phase 7 mohali, on september 21. I was awarded Z category scholarship for the same under which a student who has completed his graduation gets 100% fee waiver. I attended the classes for 2 months for the respective course. After that i was informed that i cannot continue my classes since i am not registered. Its due to the carelessness of NIIT centre that they didnt registered me to save their money of scholarship. I want to get that course done for help in my future. They wasted a lot of my time by calling me again and again and giving different reasons and finally they didnt allow me to sit for the classes. please help me out. I attended the lectures for 2 months leaving my masters project. They called me many times to their office but didnt allow to sit for the lecture wasting my time. I paid the fees for the scholarship exam which is also not refunded. . they mentally harassed me for 2 months by showing me different reasons and options for the same course. they tried to grab money from me for the same course which was awarded to me absolutely free.

As per the Telecon . The Solution for our problem has not been provided till Monday (27 Oct). So kindly request you to refund our money. Raise the issue to whomsoever it concerns. And please inform us when it is done. The ETR given by you is 10th Nov. I hope atleast this could be done on time.



And Please Note that during our sessions we have only completed ICND 1. Either provide us the Sessions for the course as promised Or Refund us the Half of the money Excluding Voucher. Kindly suggest us as soon as possible.

Is there no other NIIT person who can make us aware that Labs are cancelled !!. This is too much we cant take this anymore!

We are frustrated of this!! Inspite of so many request we never got solution or good response. I have strictly mentioned in my earlier mail that we want resolution before 24th Oct.And it was even promised to Amit on telephone by Richa that a solution will be provided to us within 2 Days. But still no response…. What are we supposed to do in that case? How can we prepare and give the exams 2-3 days. This only shows careless attitude other than not having guts to stand up and own the problem. We want our Money back just raise this issue to whomsoever it may concern. The same excuse is given to us again and again. Does it take so long to get reply from HO? Its almost 25 days we have been continuously raising this issue and the reason for mailing you is because no one is ready to talk on phone. By listening our name itself we are kept on hold and no one responds after that. And as mentioned in my earlier mail Deepali’s number is not reachable then how can we communicate? Below reason is not acceptable we tired of listening same excuse again and again. This is being pending since last 2 months.I have disclosed this matter to every person in the staff I have known but still I m getting same excuses. Remember if we don’t get reply before 24th Oct. NIIT Staff will be responsible for this. And we would ask to refund our money. Kindly try to sort it out as son as possible. In context to the below mail we have not received any updates regarding exam voucher. On telephonic conversation with Pratima (technical head) she said it not her concern and for this I have to contact with Richa and Deepali which were on leave till 20th October. We have been continuously trying to contact Deepali but her phone is not reachable. On contacting to Richa we are said that it is not her concern also we have to contact Pratima for this now she is on leave for 10 days so whom we are supposed to contact for help? We were promised that we will be given Labs?. No action was taken on that also. Now our Exam voucher is valid till 30 Oct only. And still we are struggling for Exam dates? And no support available from your end it is very much disappointing for us. In case of loss whom we are supposed to blame?. The Students which have given exam on 24th Sep. had suffered due to same but still no analysis has been done on this. Instead of making so many requests no solution has been provided to us! This kind of behavior will not be accepted any more. Kindly provide us with a solution at the earliest or else suggest us some legal action to refund our investments (10, 500). We have already wasted enough time on this.



Note: - Exam date suitable for us is 29 or 30th of Oct.

I kindly wish to hear that I am totally dis-satify of the course and the management in Mysore, Karnataka, INDIA.
By the guidence from me, my sister joined NIIT V.V mohalla center, Mysore, Karnataka. for Oracle DBA and paid the fees, as thye promised us they will be copmplete course within 4 months and paid the advance money of rs15, 600, now they are refusing to take the classes and shouting on us without returning our paid fees. Now we want to complete the course completely or they should refund our paid money back.
Their management are totally worst. As when we contacted their regional office in jayanagar branch, Bangalore they are also shouting on us on bealf of convencing us.
So I requesting to pls help us to resolving issue ASAP.

My NIIT registration number is R9900A1000340. I had enrolled for the GNIIT course at Asansol Center in 1998-99. I had completed my 3rd semester at Asansol Center and then took a transfer to Kankurgachhi (Kolkata)centre for my 4th semester. The HOC for both the center were Mr. Sanjib Das who is still with NIIT (Pretoria Street). I was then placed with Standard Chartered Bank - Credit Card Collection, in Jul'02 for my professional practice by Surajit Mitra of Royd Street.

After completing my professional practice I had also submitted my GNIIT diary at Royd Street to a lady in placement department then. But till date did not receive my GNIIT certificate. Agree that there was a delay in followup also from my end but now Mrs. Rituparna Rudra of regional office is saying that they are having no data for 3rd and 4th semester and so cannot provide me any certificate. This is quite surprising that a company like NIIT Ltd has corrupted its database and the student has to suffer for that. Although I had made entire payment for GNIIT(approx 60, 000/-) I am not being provided with my certificate.
My batchmate (Herprit Kaur)has got the certificate. I am mentioning her name specifically because earlier I was informed that my details were reflecting against her name and once that is rectified I will get the certificate. But unfortunately even after 2-3 years I did not receive and now it is being said that since I do not have any proof I will not get the certificate.

Sir, request you to kindly look into the matter. I only have the receipt of the payments and copy of the certificate for the first two semester. Also the then HOC and faculty who are a proof that I had completed my course Mr. Sanjib Das and Mr Rajesh Kumar are still working with NIIT.

Please help me to get my GNIIT certificate.

I have joined NIIT Mohali(punjab) on september 08 with an intention to complete WEb2.0 course by november. But from the first day onwards i felt lot of disappoinment. Very poor atmosphere, poor
labs, dishonest behaviour of office staff.
They haven't yet finished my courses till now.
Irregular classes.
Unwilling to give offers to students, that are issued by NIIT.
The course costs abour Rs.9000.
But the situation there is very poor.
No words to explain my disappoinment.
Lots of students are trapped by them only because of the reputation of NIIT.
But unfortunately NIIT Mohali(Punjab) is far behind the NIIT standards.
there is no sufficient number of computer as strength of students n setup of this course is not installed on computers.
lot of my batch mates are also suffering from same problem.

I have registered for the ASP.NET course at the NIIT, Deccan branch and got the course material for the same. At that time i have been told that as the batches are not started, I'll get a call from the institute whenever it will start. It was supposed to be started after 15 days from then. I didn't get any call from the institute till 3 month. During this time period i was in touch with the administration there, but got the same answer each time.
After November '07 I decided to cancel the sucsription as i relocated to my native place. As there is no branch of NIIT, it was not even possible to transfer it there. I contacted the center manager at NIIT, where i came to know that the manager is changed. So i told all the matter to the new center manager. He assured me that he will definitly help me to get the fees refund, and took back the course material from me for further proceedings. I did it, as thought that i will get the resolution for the issue. The manager told he will be giving me a call within a week to inform the date to get the money back.
I waited for a month again but didn't get any reply. So again came to Pune to inquire about the issue. Everyone was busy as it was end of March and end of the financial year. So I extended the validity of the subscription to resolve it later. I tried to contact the center manager from my home but i was never replied with any proper solution. Meanwhile i was informed that i can join the class any time before the end of the subscription.
Now at the end of this given time period when I came here to join the class, I came to know that the center manager is again changed. There I got suggestion from the administration to contact the previous manager, who is not ready to respond to any of the call, messages or mails.
I just need the amount of the paid fees refunded to me.

This people aprroched me and forced me to take credit card
After issued i used that for an urgent need of my personal reasons needs.
This people called me and said that we will convert the used credit limit amount into EMI i have accepted, but today on 29 september 2008 they blocked my salary account with out intimation.
I am not getting my salary Sir/ Ma'am please help me out from this situation i am a single person i have to pay my rent for this month also.

I had applied for a transfer of my Employee Provident Fund & Employee Pension Fund from NIIT Technologies Ltd. to my present employer i.e. Wipro Technologies Ltd.
The required transfer documents were submitted by my ex-employer NIIT Technologies Ltd. to your office (i.e. Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, 5th-7th Floor, Sky Lark Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi[protected]n 3rd January-2008.
When I visisted the website http://epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx and provided the required details, the status is being shown as 'Your Claim Not Received by this Office!'.
It would be appreciated if you can provide an update on the current status of my transfer.
The EPF details are:
PF Account Nos: DL/33691/300 and my employee ID with NIIT Technologies Ltd was 9851.

Hi ti everybody.
Iam a post graduate in Hyderabad. I was literally trapped by the advertisemments of NIIT people saying that after completion of DOT.NEt course with them, They are going to offer 100% placement. The fee was Rs. 20000 and tenure was 4 months for this course. But they dragged it for 13 months with no faculty, occasionally conducting classes etc. At the completion also they are not at all turning to their students and blaming the students that they belong to non-IT background, forgrtting their initial promise of placements. The staff were reckless with the irresponsible behavior towards students. NIIT is cheating the students who are joining with great ambitions of careers in IT field promising
Govt should have a look on these fraud companies and punish them severely for playing with the student's careers

I joined NIIT for 3 yrs diploma in Computer applications at Allahabad, while joining they had promised for a placement assistance etc but none has been done.

Now they are not giving me my certificate for the course done and have taken away all the money. They are all frauds, I have completed all my semesters but they are not giving me any help...this is a loss to my career. i want my money back and want you to take strict action for such centers.

Sir, with due respect i beg to state that i am unable to change my user id and password in the site- http://10.240.43.216. everytime i try to open it, it says your page cannot be displayed! now i am running with the original user id and password given by them in our landline phone which can be easily hacked, also i am unable to see my daily/monthly internet usage. please help me to get rid of this severe problem i am facing.

i have a complaint regarding NIIT(gwalior).
The counsellors(NITIN & BUSHRA SIDDIQUI) cheat us at the time of admission, they told me that library is available at our center and when you want you may do your work in lab.And when students sit on the machine, the teachers behave very rudely and say, i[censored] dont have machine room so get out.And an accountant named dilip talks very rudely.And a teacher named VINOD VERMA is a very clever man, the maximum number of students passed from his batch and all meritorious students are from his batch the reason behind this is, he passed out the examination papers and give full support in the examination hall also.
So, i got harassed and went to the center head(AKHILESH SHARMA) and told him, sir i m going to transfer my center i.e. in delhi .Then he diverts my mind that dont change the center we will provide you full facilities, so i drop my plan and stop here.Afterwards i didn't notice any change overhere.And centerhead favors the vinod verma, and try to convince me.

I have filed my ITR for 2005-06 on[protected], in which there was a refund of Rs. 11283 . It's been almost 2 years and 10 moths I have not got the refund .

I m studying with NIIT Mumbai, Malad branch, our center heads & all dont support students for thier career, they just support to their faculty members. If they remain absence then no action they took & they called us for extra lecture for that we will have to bunk our collge & coaching class. Nowdays they dont care abt the student's timings just they bother with their faculty.
Anita madam teach us something but what even she dont knw that. no proper teaching goin on. all ths coz of some faculty members like Anita, reshma etc

NIIT is a reputed institution known world wide. Iam a NIITIAN from hyderabad at Baserbagh centre. I joined here for one year (MIS) Course. Now almost One & half year passed, but course is not yet finished. Moreover because of less majority of students faculty is not provided for MIS Course.

Note my problems stated below :
1) Course is not completed in time at NIIT Basherbagh Centre.
2) Students are not attended properly by the faculties.
3) Classes are skippes frequently.
4) Faculty is not provided if students majority is less

I tried my best to solve my problem. Kindly suggest me necessary legal action i can take.

I had completed my Dfa course in july 2007
The course faculty also not good teaching. At the joining time they have committed me give me job after complete course but that also they have not given. And I was complain form last 1year but all the time they are telling that call next week you will gate your certificate Yet a have not received my certificate.
I am now frustrated with your management. Now I am going to complaint with consumer court for justices

I had given the Company Sercretary(CS) exam on 5th March '08 at Niit, CP centre. The scheduled time was 1 pm and i reached there around 12:30 pm but they started my test around 5 pm Because they dont had made proper arrangements for that test. After many requests i had given my test that day and got 77% marks.
After that they delayed me in giving Provisional certificate. And this also i got from them after visiting so many times and many requests.

And NOW they are telling me on phone( Ms. Anjali 4m NIIT) that you have not given the exam so you have to appear again in order to get your original certificate, I dont know the reason either they had misplaced my test records or anthing else. Moreover when i call them, they disconnect the phone.
I had the PROOF that i had given exam( their Provisional Vertificate) but they are still denying that. I had searched on NIIT website about the complaint section but unable to get that.
NOW what should i Do against NIITs irresponsible and disguisting behaveiour????
