Dear Sir,
I hope this reaches the right person. I enrolled for online course for all subject for Class VII (CBSE curriculum) on 30th August'2013.
I was in touch with one - Neeru Yadav (+[protected] )- who was very prompt prior to remittance. But as soon as I had remitted for
the online course,I was told that my account will be activated in 2 hours & I will be instructed on how to navigate through the website.
I called up Neeru the next day on her mobile and after a couple of failed attempts she picked up the phone. When I questioned her
about the non-activation of the course she pretended that the course is already activated which was a blatant lie. I again challenged
her and she promised that she will re-check and get back to me in a couple of hours. Again there was no feedback; nor was my
account activated. Tried calling her again earlier today - Monday - but she did not pick her phone. Then I called your customer
service & explained the problem and I was assured that the matter will be sorted out in 2 hours. I am yet to hear from Merit Nation
and my account has not yet been activated even after 72 hours of payment.
I have never come across such a shoddy and unprofessional after sales service in my life. To say I am furious would be an
understatement. I think you need to train your in-house team about being truthful and responsive to customers and not try
and take the customer for granted.
I hope this gets sorted soon and corrective action taken before I lose faith in Meritnation. I hope you will also take the culprits to
task as they are a blot on your reputation.
