This is my horrifying experience with MERU CAB. I booked the cab 1 day prior to the journey from kundanahalli gate to Yeshwantpur station. Reference number 5389359. Booking is for 24th May 2011. My pickup time was at 8 AM in morning. Twice I called to the customer care to confirm my booking. But it was my hard luck/ poor service by Meru/ lack of professionalism of MERU cab some guy called me @ 7.50 AM and informed that they are not able to send the cab ( From Number: [protected]). Suddenly it was a shock for me. My train time was at 10.30 AM and I still don't know you will be able to make it or not. This is extreme label of nondisciplinary service by MERU. I am requesting you take necessary action. I booked it via internet and they promised a good service for number of times.Now I want to go for some kind of legal action against Meru cab for this inconvenience. Was this information helpful? |
