With due respect i want to fetch your kind attention that I paid Rs 500 for Maternity booking Charges in MGS Hospital Punjabi Bagh. As suggested by the OPD team its compulsory advance booking charges which will be adjusted at the time of final bill payment. My wife was admitted on 04.02.2011 and discharged on 05.02.2011. My parents paid full amount in cash at the time of discharge as required by Billing Team. Now when I checked all the papers i comes to know that the booking amount was not adjusted at the time of final bill payment.
Amount was neither adjusted at the time of final billing nor is being refund to me till date. Even when i personally talk to the billing team they told me now there is no provision to refund. I also request the team to adjust the same in my future billing but they deny to do the same.
I am still using the services of MGS Hospital for treatment of my wife and son and i didn't aspect these types of response/ services from an Esteemed Hospital. I am attaching the booking slip and discharge sheet.
Pls look into the matter to resolve at the earliest
