[Resolved]  Microsoft — Cheating

I spoke to a person called Rao from chennai a week before and informed him that if it is possible for me to get the connection within friday which means he had four days to setup connection from the day I spoke to him. He made me to sign up and took money from my parents at chennai on the same day and promised that he is responsible to ensure that he will provide the service.

I tried calling him every day to check the status as I had to be in chennai due to family emergency and start my work. He even promised that everything will get completed before last saturday. Today I am calling him more than 10 times he is not returning or responding to my call.

I also understand from my parents that he internet connection is not hooked up. I already had connection with VSNL and disconnected due to poor customer serivce. Thsi is another incident. I dont really mind paying more and take some otehr services.

Please return my money back I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VSNL to anyone nor use it myself.
