i received a call from a guy named Dr.Richard noble from uk saying i have won a price sum of 500,000pounds.
he gave me his flight details that hi is coming to indai and on hi arrival i was asked to pay the the coustom charges 8,900 INR i paid the amount and he than came to the reserve bank for further process.and than i started gitting calls from rbi and also e mails from rbi and i had to pay fees in different forms such as cot code fees,tax payment fees,imf fees and so on.i paid the fees for two codes except for the imf code...
