Microsoft Lottery — lottery fraud

Lottery fraud scam mail landed in my inbox from the following address.

In the First mail asked for some general info. In the second mail it says within 48 hours some UK diplomat (with ID proof attached) will arrive at the nearest International airport and his bag containing the prize (may be 100,00,0000,00 british pounds) cash will be coming and I have to make arrangement for the customs clearance using the resources available within my capacity. I donot understand why the Microsoft Hyderabad office cannot take care of such huge amount of money or the diplomat. Why at all a diplomat, why not their own microsoft Hyderabad wll do the job?
