Dear Sir,

Your service Engineer Mr. Sudheer kumar did not responding to any complain. Since Monday dated 16.7.2012 I am contacting him and getting reply that I will come today. But seven days past and that person did not turned up. We are really fade of from the service provided by Microtek . The reputation of the brand company is going down due to service Engineer like Mr. Sudheer Kumar.He is not bother about the reputation of the Microtek..Kindly look into the matter seriously.

I LIKE TO INFROM U THAT UR SUPPORT PEOPLE IS USELESS BRAT.THEY HAVE MADE FALSE COMMITMENT. MY COMPLAIN NO 97264.

IF THE NEEDFU;L REAGARDING YHIS MATTER. I HAVE PURCHASE UPS ON LAST NOV 2007.

microtek ups 600va — NO BACKUP AT ALL

dear sir ,
I had bought a 600va microtek ups 2yrs ago..from the first day itself I'm experiencing problems. Now it is not providing any backup...as soon as the power goes it beeps continuously and within no time the pc is switched off.... I charged it for 12-15 hrs removing evry plug connected to it...still the problem persists...
I always keep it in charging mode.plz help me out...do i need 2 change the battery.
