Microtek Ups — UPS not working - bad customer support | |||
Hi, I have a microtek UPS installed in 2010. It was working fine till 2012 feb . I replaced the distilled water for the battery and then the problem started.it started to beep even though mains was on. I lodged a complaint in the Microtek dealer . they sent me an microtek employee for the repair. He said the board has gone and he replaced the board. once again in the evening the UPs started to beep . I had to switch it off. Then my night mare started . so many times i had to call the service guy. first he never used to pick my calls. if he picked it ,he would say i ill come .. today tomorrow like that. finally one day after one month he came .. he said there is some loose connection did it and went back.. In the same day after he went back evening once again the same probem.. now iti s like even though mains is ON .. it runs on UPS... It is becomming veri difficult for us.. Now the service doesnt even pick up my calls. why is that the customer care is so bad.. first of all there is no proper follow up.. Is it like we are not that important after we take up the device.. ? Only new customers are important to u people..? thisis a veri bad attitude.. and also i dont think that the service even dont know how to trouble shoot the problem.. only they know is change the board for every reason...!!! Microtek — Non-working of UPS
Dear Sir,With reference to our Model HGE600AZ bearing Sl No. 8FUPNX296811 Model Microtek purchased from Computer Zone, Ghaziabad, we have tried our best to phone but no action is taken as yet within 15 days.
