[Resolved]  Ministry Of Defence — Non receipt of Pension arrears and mistake in pension calculation

I am a defence pensioner
My details are as follows:

Dear Sir,

1. I have written letters in this regard to my pension disbursement bank branch on 13 May 09, 14 Sep 09 and 28 Oct 09 but of no avail.
2. I am not in receipt of pension at 6 CPC rates and arrears of 6th CPC on pension till now.
3. I have completed 15 years of pension on 30 June 2009 thus, my commuted portion of pension @ Rs. 372 per month is to be restored w.e.f. 01 Jul 2009.
4. It appears from my pass book entry that my initial Basic Pension was fixed at Rs. 2519 on implementation of 5th CPC. However my pension is calculated @ Rs. 2500 w.e.f. Sep 2007. This basic Pension rate is to be corrected and the arrears on this account are to be credited in my Pension account.
5. It is therefore requested to issue necessary guidelines to my pension disbursement bank branch and a copy of intimation to me at the earliest. A copy of revised PPO after 5th and 6th CPC may please be forwarded to me. The address of the bank branch is:-
