Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India — passport not received

my self kusuma,

I had applied for passport in may 2009 at BHUBANESHWAR office..

but till date i did not get it.

when im checking status in online it is saying,

"Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined"

for so many days im seeing the same status!

i dont know what was the problem in furthur processing.

i personally went to police station and got done my verification.
Give me any suggestions wat to do know.
please do the need full.

Sir, our relative Dr.Nalini N.Desai, was murdered on[protected] in her house at Lusaka in Zambia.Since than we calling writing and sendind documents, fax and e-mails to High Commission of India, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs,and Ministry of External Affairs for help and guidance for Investigation of murder and for claiming the properties in Lusaka of the deceased by the legal heirs in India. But nobody helps or guides. Plis

my application N BHU W270048year 2009status shows police verification incomplete, now leeter recd on RTI reason mentioned psu status not furnished, I personaly hand over all the documents Rourkela main post offcie.Further want to know in site diffrent reason & in letter diffrent reason written .Police verification proof already given .

Myself Rajesh , i have applied for the fresh passport first time & Application Date :[protected],File Reference Number : DLH-Z[protected] but still i didn't get my passport in my hands. The police verified after the 10 days of my application date and i fullfiled all the detalis that are required . and i also visited police station for the same and sad that your appliction is forwarded. but still i didnt get my passport . the online application shows that' Application is pending for want of Police Report'.
please help me .this will me privileged to me.

I have applied for my passport on 2nd february 2011,(File Reference Number : VSP-Z[protected]. My verification was done on 7th feb itself, but still did not receive my passport.

I Amir Jamil hold Indian passport # F6393114 issued from Ghaziabad passport office on[protected]. I applied for same on[protected] under tatkal scheme, because I am selected as an Architect in a Saudi Arabia and I got my passport on[protected]. I leave India on[protected].
When I got this passport I am single, now I married and applied to add spouse name in my passport, in embassy of India, Riyadh. They hold my passport and reply me that your police report is adverse.
I want to know how this is adverse. Please advise me how I see this report. I attach the copy of my passport, copy of application for applying passport, copy of verification certificate and copy letter from embassy of India, Riyadh.
