Hi, I have applied a passport in the month of 18-mar-2011. The police verification also over but still now I have not received my passport, in passport sati it showing (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time) this kind of massage showing from June first week 2011.
