Dear Sir,
I Anil Kumar, booked cylinder almost 45 days before. Still cylinder is not delivered to my residence. Very rarely they will pick up the call, and when asked they said, boy went for deliver and door was locked. My question is why they did not informed me about the delivery date. Now for the past 10 days they are saying the same thing, it will be delivered tomoro. Now I am suffering without gas and taking food from hotels for the full family. When called to customer care , it is telling that CLEARED ON 8TH DECEMBER. They are selling cylinder on black and I think, they hv sold my cylinder .Please take immediate action and cancel their dealership.

Mjv Indane Gas Agency — Delay in Delivery of GAS Cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 18/07/2008 we booked for the Gas Cylinder at MJV Indane Gas Agency through Phone call, Which was registered by them and assured to be delivered at 25/07/2008, When it got delayed we tried calling them again, Most of the time the agency will not pick up the phone for service, At last called them up on 27/07/2008 again for booking, This time they assured us to deliver it on 04/08/2008 and we have not received the Gas Cylinder till date, all together we have waited for aroung 40+ days which is a worst service from the Gas agency. We are out Gas in our house for weeks and we are unable to cook.

This kind of service is not the first time, we have suffered a lot before also.

I would request you to take immediate action on this asap and resolve the issue.

MJV INDANE GAS AGENCY — Delay in delivery

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to write such a mail, but i have no option. M/s MJV Indane Gas Agency have very bad attitude and response. I had booked my gas, and it already passed three weeks, i never got the gas cylinder till now. Whenever i contact them by telephone they are responding like this-"you will get cylinder today itself". For last two weeks they are telling the same thing. I request you to take an appropriate action against this agency and that should be a lesson for other irresponsible people like MJV Indane Gas Agencies.

Please support me for the same.
