Mohamed Ali — POLICE VERIFICATION PENDING SINCE LAST 9 MONTHS

I have applied 10/04/2012 Reissue passport applied from PSK Kolkata Anandpur Kolkata – West Bengal and the status shows that "Police Verification Report for your passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office. After Police Verification Report is found clear, passport will be dispatched. You would receive an sms/email once the passport is dispatched." Even till date there has been no change in the status neither any pv has been done.

No help is being received from customer care. My file number is CA[protected] . Please help.

I need it urgently. please,give me suggestion ASAP.
