[Resolved]  Money Order — Non receipt of AD or refund of my money

I had sent Reader's Digest a sum of Rupees five hundred eight by money order through Middleton Row post office on January 13th 2010 via their receipt no B-4258. I called Reader's Digest on February 28th to confirm whether they had received the sme. I was told that they have not recd. the money order. I then wrote a letter to the Post Master, Middleton Row. I recd a letter from him telling me that he has forwarded my complaint to the Senior Superintendent Central, post office Kolkata 700007. He has passed on the buck to someone else. Why should the customer run from pillar to post. Till date I have not recd. the AD nor have I recd. any letter from the Senior Superintendent. I request the Post Master General to look into the matter and take strong action and see that I get the AD or refund of my money.
