hello to every one
i m pawan bhardwaj from faridabad. i bought a moser baer usb mouse from the computer solutions naer the nehru ground, neelam bata road FARIDABAD in end of month of november. At the starting of december month i found a problem in it's scroll ball but i ignored it. Mid of december it became unresponsive.I had my exams so i did't return it. When my exams over i returned my mouse to computer solutions on 3rd jan.
i was surprized when dealer said ' we will send it back to company for reparing and come to us after one week". i asked to dealer k why are you reparing it because they are periphereal parts and i have a faulty mouse my own but i'm not reparing it that's why i'm bought a new mouse.I don't want to use a repaired bcz they will cause further problum and same u r doing to it but they said" we are leaving the decision to company" and all the warranty is given by the company so you have to wait for it.
After passing one weak i retured there and asked for my mouse they said it still not return from the company and they will call back me as my mouse come. After passing 10 days, i called them again but they still replieild me "sir, we will call u when it return". After passing 2 weeks i reached to shop and expressed my feeling on, for working on a net without of having a mouse but they said k sir your mouse still not come from the company.
Now 3 weeks has been passed and still no responce. on again meeting to dealer. he said what we can do sir company is making u delay and sir we already complained to company but still there is no responce
now tell me who is the responsible for it.
dealer is also right on his side but who has is paying for it.

i have bought a moser baer 4 gb pendrive on january and its not working so i deposited in dba technologies in vijayawada on 13 0f june but from then i have not even got a reply whenever i calll them they tell wait for a month whats that nonsence have we bought it for free .please take care about the customers already there is a negative talk about your customer service .dont prove it to me also

i m ravindra fom lucknow.i bought a moserbaer pen drive of 4 GB model no. 08B from computer market NAZA of lucknow (u.p.).in starting season its works properly but as time go longer after one month its response get decreases n as time increases its performense get slow and at last its stop working.that is pen drive is not readable by the any system.
so when i go to service centre, the person at there he taken my pen drive n says come after one week.when i reached there next week he changed my pendrive .

after 2 month

When same problem occuring in changed pendrive i agan go service centre the person at there he taken my pen drive n says come after one weekso when i reached again service centre then he simply say sir pendrive is not come from company so u wait again for a week. m thinking may be shortage of pendrive is possible there . so m wait for the weekend.
And twist is come here when i further go to service centre " I M SHOCKED" the service man says " SIR THERE IS NO PENDRIVE IN COMPANY N COMPANY MANUFACTURING THAT AND PEN DRIVE COME HERE IN SERVICE CENTRE AFTER A MONTH". the man simply says his statement but he not known hows the importance of pendrive for me becuase here every day i have project to carry with me from one place to other so how i handle that without my pen drive.

so i get hows bad service and bad product of the moserbaer n also get one thing
"in future NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THE MOSERBAER".
 
i buy 4 gb moser baer pen drive, n when it corrupted i went to service center.. n their the service man say " SIR THERE IS NO STOCK OF PENDRIVE. and please come after 1 month... what a joke ...

so please NEVER BUY A MOSER BAER PEN DRIVE
 
i agree with all these complaints, because i also have facing the same problem, i had given my 4 GB pen drive for replacement on 14 september, but till today i don't get back my pen drive after replacement., every time the service centre replies that they have no pen drive in their stock.this like attitude of the company and the service centre is really bad and shows bad impact on the customer.
 
7 months before i have bought a moserbaer 4 gb pen drive from delhi...suddenly it stops working there is no light also, when i plug it to computer...nothing happens .. no drive found ...i have 2 computers in my house and it is not working in any of them...it has 5 year warranty...i live in a small town ... ...please help...is there is any service centre of moserbaer...?

My name is Ajay Kumar Chauhan. My pblm is that i have a 32 GB pendrive of Moserbear but it is not working as i want. When i transfer any data to pendrive it show that data copied complete but when i see it on p'drive there is currepted file copied. same pblm see with the office files nd pdf files.
So i wan t that ple if know the customer care number of service center number of Moserbear ppls inform me at chauhan_ajay07@yahoo.co.in.

i purchased i moser bear 4 gb pen drive. it has a problem, it shows in my computer but it is not open and show error massage "please insert a disk in to drive" please tell me solution to me as early as possible

Dear Sir,
I have a pendrive of Moseer Beer, it is worked for 2-3 year without fail but know it is not working Why I dont know? But I request you my very Important material is in this Pen drive .I am worried about this so what I can do for this material.
