Moser Baer — bad quality & delay response by company
hello to every one
i m pawan bhardwaj from faridabad. i bought a moser baer usb mouse from the computer solutions naer the nehru ground, neelam bata road FARIDABAD in end of month of november. At the starting of december month i found a problem in it's scroll ball but i ignored it. Mid of december it became unresponsive.I had my exams so i did't return it. When my exams over i returned my mouse to computer solutions on 3rd jan.
i was surprized when dealer said ' we will send it back to company for reparing and come to us after one week". i asked to dealer k why are you reparing it because they are periphereal parts and i have a faulty mouse my own but i'm not reparing it that's why i'm bought a new mouse.I don't want to use a repaired bcz they will cause further problum and same u r doing to it but they said" we are leaving the decision to company" and all the warranty is given by the company so you have to wait for it.
After passing one weak i retured there and asked for my mouse they said it still not return from the company and they will call back me as my mouse come. After passing 10 days, i called them again but they still replieild me "sir, we will call u when it return". After passing 2 weeks i reached to shop and expressed my feeling on, for working on a net without of having a mouse but they said k sir your mouse still not come from the company.
Now 3 weeks has been passed and still no responce. on again meeting to dealer. he said what we can do sir company is making u delay and sir we already complained to company but still there is no responce
now tell me who is the responsible for it.
dealer is also right on his side but who has is paying for it.
