Delay in order Processing

I have purchased a pen drive on 9th March, Order ID is 9479CEIT0063121. The order is still under process, its 7 days now. I have mailed them regarding this on 12th and they did find time to reply that mail. Toll free number does not work. They Have CHEATED ME. BEWARE OF MOSERBAER. Its a fraud site.New , Intelligent way to make money.
