[Resolved]  Mother's Pride — Insensitive behaviour of school toward parent & Chill

I had admitted my child to Mother's Pride as i was loking for a daycare & Playschool as we both are working. But now i realize once the admission of kid is done neither teacher/ nor maid/nor councellers none of them is concerned on servicing issues of parents.My son is studying in Mother's Pride school. I have number of compaints against this school. 1) Since the day he is admitted he is keeping unwell reason being the food served is not good/ junk. 2) Number of times when we pick him up he is wet with urine inspite giving extra clothingsAnd once when i had gone picking him up he had done potty in his diapers and 2 maid & one teacher sitting were unaware
3) Not even one single parent teacher meeting conducted from Apil 1 to 29th i.e. in 6 monthsOct
4) Inspite of telling parent teacher meeting to be conducted on Saturday they conduct it on any day like they informed me that it will be held on 29th Sept at 2.30 and on 29th Sept at 1.30 Shainali calls up that it PTM is cancelled just 1 hour before the PTM timings when my husband has already left from Gurgaon. So PTM is conducted as per their convenienence and cancelled as per their convenience no rules and regulations in place. When asked who is calling Shainali Walia bangs the phone down.
5) On 18th Oct while sending the child to school have told the driver and the maid that please drop the child back home today instead of sending him to daycare as teacher was not picking the phone and landline was also not picked up. To check up have called up academics head instead of giving a solution she is putting each blame on us that why have we not inform the teacher. So in concrete these guys are irresponsible. They give services till the time we dont give them cheque for admissions. The day entire fee is deposited they get carefree as they know now the parent is trapped and cant do anything. I request you to take some strict action to avoid such circumstances
