I Amit Jain visited Mothers Pride Munirka Centre in the Month of Feburary 2010 to enquire about the admission of my 2 and a half year old daughter (Prachi Jain). I met Ms. Nidhi Diwedi who is taking care of new admissions. She has informed me about their curriculum & fee structure. I told her that I will see & will come back to you. She then informed that we are giving you a special offer in the fee structure if you deposit us an amount of Rs. 4750 by tomorrow of which Rs. 4500 is refundable in case you don't take enrollment. The next day I deposited them an Amount of Rs. 4750 with this view that in case I don't enrolls my child I will not get Rs. 250 & balance will be refunded by them. They have not given me any reciept stating that we have some problem in the computer right now & will give you that reciept in your next visit. After 2 days I visited their centre & requested them to refund Rs. 4500 after deducting Rs. 250 as I don't want to enroll my child now with some reason. They informed me that refund procedure will take 15 days time as the cheque will come from their Head Office & added a statmemt on the reciept that amount will be refunded in case of a genuine cancelation only which was never told to me at the time of depositing Rs. 4750. Now I am following up with Ms. Nidhi from more than 1 month but every time she is saying that it will take some more time & now she has stopped picking up my call also. I am not able to understand if they people are so much money minded & can lie & cheat us this way then what education we can expect from them to our child. Dear Sir,

Mother's pride Managing Director is Ms. Sudha Gupta. You can contact her at her Punjabi Bagh Centre and her husband is also a moti assami. You can contact him and her at their residence also. Their house is near Safdarjung Tomb, Jor Bagh. You can see their kothi on the road. On their name plate her husband's company name is mention i.e. i think AEZ. He deals in real sector. You can met Ms. Sudha Gupta at her residence and place your request.

I feel you will refund your money in this way. If she doesnot do it you can place your complaint through leading newspaper under the column Letter to Editor.

I've been following up with them for last one and a half year. Still the cheque has not come from head office, next time I m going to go there and make a lot of noise.so that they feel embarrassed in front of the other parents. may be then they will refund my money.

this is Mrs Bimla Tanwar from gurgoan, this complain is about the refund from the school(mothers pride, munirika, delhi) that i've been following up with them for the past abt 2 yrs, however havnt received the cheque from head office.The issue is where i took addmission for my doughter on 2008, becouse i had to shift house from delhi to gurgaon ryt after the addmission so they adviised me to get my dpughter transfered to gurgaon branch and once i waz done with all process of shifting, here i got to know that the gurgaon mothers pride brach doesn't have K G Standered. where they suffered me enough..now its really hights to go ahead for some serious action towards the school.
