I Have given my Bike Yamaha G 5 Libero on 04/07/2009. Job card no. 1202, Receipt no. 3047. Given details that problem in Speedo Meter gear, making noise. But still having same issue after servicing - making noise. For that I have sent sms on 17/07/2009 on the number by Yamaha M P motors.

Dear Sir,
The speedometer outer cover was not available at that point of time, we requested you to wait for some days so that we can replace it. But you did not wait. The order was to be received in September month for which you were suppose to revert to us, but you didnt do so. Due to this we didnt get in touch you, but now you can come to us & get that part replaced.

i have booked Yamaha r15 v2.0 from mp motors on 28th Sept.they had given commitment of delivering the bike @15th of Oct. i called them up at 14th, they said they don't have bike in showroom now but you'll get your bike on 20th.i called them up at 19th n i got the same answer with a stern attitude and a line that 'u can cancel the bookings and can book in another showroom or wait till 10th of Nov. ' this was very rude on their part but i had booked bike on a auspicious day of dashera so my family said lets wait til Nov. now.when i called them on 9th they said they don't have the bike yet.if mp motors don't have bikes in their showroom then why have they opened their showroom for..??people who had booked their bike in Oct but from factory shop or from other showroom have got their bikes but i din get it yet.their is no r15 for display also in mp motors
i have a R15 v.2 and i had given my bike for servicing in m.p.moters before which every part was good but when i receive my bike my rear brake is not working, when i complain they said you have to change the brake pad. my bike is 8 months older and take very much care of it, i never drive too fast and use less brake how my brake pad get incomparable to perform and it was working before but after servicing its gone. i just find Mr shrikant but he was unavailabe and the supervisor is just saying is because of we wash your bike and brake pad are wet. they just fooled me and add expense of 800(including lobur charge) what should i do????????

I recently service my Gladiator bike with MP Motors. i changes both shockers, both break liners, break inner outer, engine oil, battery etc... worth Rs. 8, 000/- (around). below are the points which i really feel bad and very unprofessional service from Yamaha authorized service provider.
1. I visited to service center 8 times (every time facing small unsatisfactory service)
2. They Sold all my scrap without my permission (they are saying you have to informed us earlier if you want the same) there is no concern of ownership...?
3. There labour is don't know how to speak with customer (Mr. Sanjay)
4. There labour is used my bike for his personal use, when i visited to service center that time i knew the same.
5. They are charging very high labour charges for seperate services, if i gave him entire service and part changing job. They reduce my Rs. 85/- only when i bargaining them (I wasted my 30 minutes)
6. If they sold my scrap then where is the my scrap sold money...?
7. Very Important thing that they dont know, when we are delivering the bike to customer is ok or not ?delivery the bike is ok or not. I took my bike from service center and i saw the there is no petrol in bike so i went opposite petrol pump and filled petrol of Rs. 200/- and i returned from underground road, but my bike was stopped then i pulled this bike to service center again then i saw that fuel pipe removed and i lost all filled petrol. then i show this frustrating issue to Shrikat (Owner) what service he offering and i asked him to reimburse the petrol money (Rs. 200/-) but he gave me very foolish answer as a owner that today is Sunday and need to check with his labour (unskilled) so you have to come Monday again...
This is very pathetic service i got from M P Motors, so guys i will not say you people to don't go to M P Motors. but i got this type of worst and very unprofessional experience with service provider the Legend Yamaha
