Hi would like to discuss about the Mphasis how unprofessional they are. one of my friend working with Mphasis who is been asked to sit home for no reason, he is so depressed that he do not want to discuss with any one, he is blamed that he was drunk in his working hours. The fact is he was doing 7.30 pm shift in the month of November for that weak it was friday,and he was forced to come to office to do 3.00 pm shift by his SDM-vartika aarya, his manager –satpal singh , he do came that day for 3.00 pm shift later he was feeling sleepy so he asked his manager (satpal singh) whether he can go home as he is feeling sleepy still he was forced to work that day ,unfortunately he slept while taking calls, his manager saw him sleeping still he was forced to take calls as there was a requirement and that day no action was taken against him. process do work on Saturday and Sunday ,but he had an off and no action was taken on those days as well, Monday he was working no action was taken against him, Tuesday when he came to office, he started with his day and suddenly his SDM vartika aarya,manager satpal singh came to him blaming he was drunk on Friday they took away his I-card and asked him to leave, he continually tried to get in touch with vartika and satpal to check what’s happening where no help was provided, they want that person to commit that he was drunk . No I would like to ask vartika and satpal why he was not taken for a medical checkup that day, why no action was not taken against him for almost 3days, as mphasis follow a policy that if they have a requirement they can change the shift of employee in a weak but with a variance of 1hour only, why he was asked to come 4.30hours early to office, why is was not asked to go home when he said that he is feeling sleepy. Why???????????????????? He is not paid for last 2months will mphasis; they have not relived him as they are still investigating the matter do it takes so long. He is so depressed that he does not want to discuss this with any one, as he has left no trust in his orgnisation, SDM (vartika), Manager (satpal) who is responsible???????????// Amol Jadhav from his responsibilities Is this the reward he received for 3years which he spent of his life? hi freinds, , .! wht it looks like is very disgusting, you can neve expect this from a organisation like mphaises .. i think there is a problem with the main organising team it self this happens because the co hieres cheap and untrained senior officer who may not get a job of sweaper on other co are hired as opreation heads ...
i feal that the co has made a big mistakes on the issue of coat cutting they are making the donkey heads to run the show as proffesional people are expncive for the co .
the so call mahesh kulkarni -- who says to be a operation head, has ruen the process trying to show is extra capability of handly benglore and poona, where as he is not capabel of handling on singl team .
he is person who comes from a very cheap family with high ambitions, which reflects in his personalities .

you knowe when britisher us to appoint governers they where lords of there city, you knowe why because they have in in ther blood ..oppsite to that bagers like kulkarni when appointed on such a big post, will definatly lead to this kind of kause, the organisation should take a serious note of this

and should appoint only to those people who really have that geal in them.

if mr kulkarni has any shame for himself, he should take this as a feed back and immedately conusalt a Dr, phsycatric, or spent some money and join some managmetn school .

This name mentioned vartika arya she does not evan deserve to be a trainee customer service executive bloody she ate the position of some eligible person any ways since the time i know her last 2 years she has done nothing she likes eating then one question arrises why only eating and in eating speciality will be BIRIYANI how PARVEEN KAKTIKAR became manager its all her BIRIYANI ka jadoo are they professional GHANTTA.
Another big name Anirudh Sarkar in one year this dude got three major promotions again thanks to VARTIKA AUNTY how it is a big question.
There is no way the people on the floor can do anything.
Mr.Kulkarni very good gentleman he is trying his hard to clean this place and make this place a better place to work i hope he is successfull.

• Are my actions, behaviour or I working hard for this process hurting or discouraging you in any sense?

if Amol has been kicked out, therez nothing wrong in it !!
He got what he deserved .
I know that amol personally, coz i used to wrk in that organization .
even i also was asked to leave that too after 2 yrs but i didn't say a word coz
i knew its my fault .
Amol always had a casual attitude . Never took his work seriously,

I diont understand why HR is not taking action against Vartika, RICHARD sahab ka he thinks he is the most talented man any organisation can have ...RICHARD the truth is you need lot of traning as in man management.RAJIV be a Man instead of romaing behind that use less Vartika do something creative...
