Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Bosco Baptist and I reside at 62, 6th Flr., Lourdes Apartments, Opp. Orlem Church, Gautam Buddha Marg, Malad(W), Mumbai - 400 064.
Please serve this letter as a complaint against Mrs. Sara Fernandes (C.A. (power of attorney) of Mr. Joseph and Lourdes Cardoza (sellers of Flat No.62, Lourdes Apartment and currently residing in U.K.(London)). Mrs. Sara Fernandes resides on the 1st floor of the same building - Lourdes Apartment and is the sister of Mrs Lourdes Cardoza. This property was purchased by me in the year 2008 and it has been registered on my name and even stamp duty is paid. Apart from that, I am also staying with my wife in the same flat since may 2008 till date. The property deal happened between myself(buyer) and Mr. Joseph Cardoza (seller) in march 2008 for a total consideration of Rs.20,00,000/- , out of which Rs.14,00,000/- have been paid to the seller and Rs.6,00,000/- is pending from my side to pay Mr. Joseph Cardoza.
I had approached HDFC Bank for a home loan of Rs.6,00,000/- but the loan got rejected stating that the original registration receipts of the 1st seller party - M/s M.J. Combines (builder) (seller) and Mrs Rita D'Souza (buyer) and the original registration receipts of the 2nd seller party - Mrs Rita D'Souza (seller) and Mr. Joseph Cardoza (buyer) are missing.
When I approached Mrs.Sara Fernandes and requested her to hand over the original receipts receipts of both the previous parties she said that it got lost and could not be traceable but she has copies of xerox of the original registration receipts and always brings the xerox and hands over the same to me. I have also found out from sources - Registration Office - Old Custom House - Fort and they said that the originals cannot get lost and they urged me to file a complaint in consumer court because Mrs. Sara Fernandes is purposely not handing over the original receipts to me.
Please also note that no FIR was filed by the seller party for missing documents and even though the sale proceedings were initiated.

Please could you help me come out of this situation as soon as possible.
