This is to inform you that we are facing problem in getting the refill cylinder well in time from Mukta gas, Malad west, Jankalyannagar. The workers engaged in distibution are playing mischevious role in delayed supply of cylinder. My consumer no is 36470. Please look into this matter for maintaining consumer friendly relationship.

My Consumer no. is 5549493 and I am served by Mukta Gas service, I am facing a great challange in getting a refill cylinder at my home, they do not consider the online booking made on ebharatgas.com nor they consider the SMS booking, they only book gas on phone calls which is always busy, they give a lead time of 8 working days and finally they do not deliver the refill before 20 days and that too after rigourous follow up with them. Mukta Gas service is just ignoring their consumers as they are nothing for them, when I complaint this matter to customer reponse cell, they too tends to ingore my complaint, nobody listens, nobody cares, Mukta Gas service have 45000 consumers, they have an attitude of why to listen to few consumers as others are happy, but the fact is there are hundreds of consumers in my area Malwani MHADA who have complaints against Mukta gas service but they tends to ignore this as they do not have much time to raise complaints against MUKTA gas service. Nobody is happy except Mukta Gas service who is making enough money by selling refill cylinders in black to unregistered consumers due to which we genuine consumers suffer.
