[Resolved]  Mumbai MMD — File number not being informed even after calling mumbai MMD for 9 continuous days

I had applied for a CDC 3 months ago, that was a duplicate CDC request as i lost my CDC during airport transit.
for that i got a reply from the MMD saying that i have not submitted the old CDC which is not applicable in this case, because i have lost my CDC.
my CDC is MUM175132.

I had applied for the CDC again, 6 weeks back, but i havent got any response from the MMD.
i have been calling the mumbai MMD for 9 days now, and everytime i get a negative response when i ask about the status of my application.

please help me in this regard,
your help will be greatly appreciated.
