I am resident of H.No. 3182/2 second floor sector 44 D chandigarh. I am customer of Public Health Division, MC chandigarh under DIV. No. 2 and my account no. as mentioned on water will is 409/4407/318220t.I found that there is water leakage from the main water supply line of MC phd chandigarh. This is resulting low pressure of water in my flat and creating water problem from my family. This is also resulting in dirty water supply in my flat which may result in health problem. I tries to register a complaint with public health division no.2 over the help line numbers shown on the MC web site viz. 5009333, 5009444 and 5009555 but none of the above mentioned phone numbers is being answered. Despite calling at these number no body responded.Then I visted the office of public health division no.2 at sector 32 chandigarh but there was no one to register the complaint. I also sent e-mail at [protected]@chdut.Nic.In and [protected]@nic.In (as mentioned at MC chandgiarh web-site. I was suprised when e mail sent at [protected]@nic.In was bounced back. Unfortunately I DID not received any reply from [protected]@chdut.Nic.In. I also register my grivance at MC web-site on[protected], where a no. Jscpg/2012/114 was sent to my mobile and it was mentioned that I can check the status of grivance by sending sms to [protected]. When I checked status on 14.08.2012 and 16.08.2012 it was said that " your grivance is under process". My family is suffing water shortage as well as supply of muddy water for last 10 days and there is no one to get the problem solved. There is no system of registring the complaint over phone/ On line or by visiting the office of concerened department.. please hlep me to sort out the problem. Was this information helpful? |
