I was born on06.04.1977 at a private nursing home in Nagpada area at huzariya street.As my mother doesn't know the name of the nursing home I'm not able to get a birth certificate pls do the need full.

I shifted Mumbai to Calcutta in 1970 since last 10 years i am in USA i have my Passport with other certificate but US government need my original Birth Certificate from Mumbai Municipal corporation

my brother sister and all relatives in Mumbai but they are not much interested or try to get my birth certificate anyway in this position can you help me i agree your all rules and payment terms.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Goa. I had applied for my Mother's Birth certificate at The BMC, Dobhi Talao, Mumbai, on the 16th March 2012. Her birth date is 16th Feb 1947 and her name is Maria Clara Dorotina Costa and was residing at Wellington Mews at the time of her birth. The person in charge says the record is not found. Kindly help me with this.

I had applied for birth certificate for my husband Dr.Prakash Purushottam Pathare on 20.04.2012.at G North muncipal office He was born on 23.07.1948 in private nursing home at dadar. I have done about 3 rounds to the municipal office inquiring for the birth certificate. They keep telling me that the records are not updated.
how to proceed further ?
