This is to inform you that I am the buyers of your housing project"MVL Corals" at –Flate No:- G004, Wing A, Avenue-2. I had booked a type of premium Tower flat measuring approx.1650 sq.ft(as per voucher). in your group hosing project on dated[protected].At booking time I was being assured of getting the possession by December-2010(As per agreement mention). Here I would like to add on that I am a genuine buyer who had booked this flat for residential purpose only and not an investor who had booked it for any investment.
The possession date as per agreement has passed a long before. Mam, it has been almost more than 2 years 06 months, when your promised date for the possession has passed. During this period I have been visiting the construction site regularly so as to check the progress and always found it lagging far behind of your promised stages of construction with payment plans. I would like to inform you that on my latest visit to the site with my Uncle, brother in law and a friend I have found the construction still lagging far behind the possession date. Mam, your company has offered me a possession letter, but only structure work of my flat with plaster (pop) has been completed by you without wooden flooring, finished paint work, modular kitchen, toiletries, electrical wiring etc. All this still showing that possession is still far and so is any relief to me and my family.
Adding to my problems you have charged an absolutely unreasonable, unjustified interest to your demands despite of an over delayed possession from your side only, which is not justified in any of the means and senses. You have also charged a service tax of Amount :-Rs.1, 54, 829/- to the balance amount while it was already mentioned by you on a signed letter head that the full and final cost of the flat would be Rs.36, 20, 000/- amount mentioned on letter head including service tax too.(scanned copies of the docs. have been already mailed to you)
Here I would like to inform you that I have paid you a sum of total payment paid till Rs.36, 20, 933/- which is 100% of your total flat price. Besides, I have been paying a house rent of Rs. 18, 200.00 per month due to unavailability of my own residence just because of your over delayed possession. Apart this I have gone under severe agony and sufferings due to your fake promises of allotment month by month.
Mam, I have been regularly corresponding you people regarding my problems, via emails as well as personal meetings at your office and site. Each and every time I am getting assurances and only assurances of looking into the matter by senior persons of the company but no solutions. Each and every time I am introduced with a new person to explain my problems from a new end but getting no replies or solutions. That is why again I am bound to write this to you.
Mam, I am always ready to pay the full and final amount of the flat as per agreement, so you are kindly requested to offer me the possession of my fully ready flat (as per agreement) with all the facilities
promised, with all of the promised developments like Club house, Swimming Pool and parking, including access to all basic amenities like electricity, water supply and telephone.
Mam, you are also requested to waive off your unjustified interest and service tax, and pay me an equivalent interest on my paid amount from your promised date of possession up to the real possession date of flat with all the extra developments and facilities promised. You are also requested to pay me the house rent paid by me during this period. Sir, You are requested to please pay attention to my sufferings as the earliest and resolve them immediately, failing which I have no options left except going for the legal proceedings.

they came up with this project in 2012, but till today they've not put any single brick on this project, and not even returning money of their customers... please help us regarding this... we need our money back

The builder forfeited the booking amount and cancelled our allotment of our flat. They did this to so many investors in past few days. Nobody to remind them and teach them a lesson.
