I have placed an order with My Flowe Tree and here's my experience

1. Dont get deceived by the Site .
2. Dont Order with Them

They have comitted to deliver it on time, when i call them they say its chennai sir , we dont know sir but we will deliver sir. I lost hope with these people.

No response to my emails
No response to my questions. same answer order is in progress

Your order was delivered around 14:00 hrs. The recipient was quite satisfied with the quality of product. This has been double checked during our feedback program.

We would like to mention that the delivery time selected by you is "preferred" and is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our customer service team prior to placing order with a special delivery fee applicable. This has been clarified at order page (before making payment) and also on order confirmation email sent for your records. Your order included a special shape cake which gets ready by 12 noon as it is freshly baked same morning. Also the same day we had elections in Chennai which delayed and diverted normal traffic. We hope you will agree these situations are beyond our control and therefore there was a slight delay in delivery of order as per your preferred time of delivery.

MFT never uses a previous day cake just to deliver early in morning. We use freshly baked cakes, as we understand customer satisfaction in terms of quality in product is extremely important. Timing is equally important and we strive in best efforts to ensure your order reaches on or before time. However there are certain local conditions which at times results in delay of delivery. We will really appreciate your kind understanding in this regard.

I myself called customer service many times and there was not proper answer for each and every call. I am happy with the Flowers, however the Writing on the Cake was Pathetic, it looked like as if it was written by a Kinder Garden School Kid. I Checked with my Wife, She has been contacted only for Address Location and no feedback was taken. Chennai Elections happened on 17th and there was no Election conducted on 14th Oct and your customer service was bluffing around this and all irrelevant reasons. Customer Service - It was real mess, i never had such bad experience before in any online services. For all this trouble i have been offered 500 Gift Voucher which i haven't received it till today and i am not interested in receiving it also as i have decided not to do any transaction or discussion with myflowertree any more . I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND to my friends not do get deceived by My Flower Tree website or the commitments they have mentioned in the website.

1. Please check your email spam box, we sent you the voucher same day. However for your ready reference we have sent it again today.

2. As we understand you are still not happy with us, as an expression of apology and sincere respect, we have offered credit voucher of Rs.1000 (500 x 2). This makes it about 50% of the total amount spent with us.

Hi,

I have made a payment twice for an order to be delivered to Pune today. This happened because of transaction failures and I dint get an order number. But my account was debited twice with the amounts. I tried calling the 24 support number and also dropped an email to the support email mentioned. I tried using the Call Back facility, but it does not allow me to give my international number, since I am not in India. I spent 3800, and I am tense whether i will get my money back? I also want those flowers to be delivered, else it would be all in all a terrible experience. Can you please have someone call me back. My details are mentioned in the email i sent.

I have placed an order with My Flower Tree#MFT46320 and here's my experience
1. Don't get deceived by the Site .
2. Don't Order with Them
3. They Don't deliver / They don't Refund
4. Fake Site. Fake People.
They have committed to deliver it on time, when i call them ."trust me its useless"...no one picks up the call.

I have ordered flowers 1 days before, it has to be delivered today. They took Rs.500 Extra to deliver it on time.
But my order has not been delivered. I have tried calling them more then 100 times..no one picks up the call.

Ordered flowers on 12th Feb to be delivered on Feb 14th. The company didn't keep the agreement. I was waiting the whole day for delivery. No reply on customer care nos or mail id. Next day they call the recipient and pretends as if its her fault that delivery wasnt made. Send half dead flowers on 15th with my message barely visible on the note. Customer care not attending calls nor responding to mails

I may not know how your operations work or who was actually responsible but I do know you cannot survive until you keep your customer happy. Will NEVER recommend "My Flower Tree" to anyone.

Ordered heart shaped pillow to be delivered today.My Preferred delivery time was before 12:00 noon.Morning i got a call saying the gift will be delivered before 4:00 PM.

I have called them more than 5 to 6 time to track my order.Atlast the gift has been delivered.

When i saw the gift i can not imagine its not a pillow and its just a heart shaped some...

I gave 995 for the pillow and an Archid card for 100 + i[censored] see the card delivered u will feel like why did u chosen someone like my flower tree to deliver a gift to whom u value so much.

Beware and pls dont choose my flower tree at any point of time.
I strongly feel that the MY FLOWER TREE should be spammed out, they are trust less and have very poor delivery. They send a cake from THE CAKE POINT in Chennai, the cake has caused food poisoning, pathetic cake wastage of rs 975. Hate the service, my bad luck to choose MFT.
Strong complaint against order number MFT97159

I have been a regular customer of Ferns n Petals. To try MFT, I had ordered once earlier on the occasion of my anniversary and was pretty satisfied.. So I decided to their services this time for Valentines too. However I am highly disappointed and I will not order from MFT again and will surely tell my colleagues and friends the same. Whether Valentine rush or not..atleast deliver a decent product for the amount to money you are charging. Atleast FNP delivers good quality irrespective of the occasion based rush.

I ordered a bunch of 20 red roses on 11th Feb to be delivered to on 12th Feb. I got a call from my husband telling me that they were in a very poor condition. When my husband got the roses home, I could see his point.

-The bunch of 20 flowers were packed in material that would normally be fine for 12 roses and they were so tightly packed that most of the flowers had broken from their stems
-The presentation was pathetic...there was no arrangement at all and it was cheap packing material which was used
-Also most of the flower petals had already fallen...i don't know how old the flowers were...if not 2-3 days...at least they should have been ok till the end of the day...its winter time right now...
- and there were many spoilt roses in it

It made me so angry and I was so disappointed to see the crap which I received for Rs 675. Please refund my amount and I am sure I'm never ordering from MFT again. Also I did put in my comments on their Facebook page and they deleted the same and wouldn't let me post any more comments.Also nobody picks up their phone at the call center...

idiotic company looks like a totaly fake organisation. My consignment of flowers had to be delivered on the 14 th before noon and for that they had charged extra money of 300 rs and the result is that the flowers have not yet delivered and the date is 16 today. what a poor state affair. if people cannot do the things properly why the hell do they exist.
I placed an order (Order ID: MFT97044) on the 11th of February for a bunch of roses to be delivered in a Vellore address on the 14th of February. But even when the date of delivery is over, the flowers are yet to be delivered at the specific address. I was charged with extra money for delivery on Valentine's day but it was of no use since due to your pathetic service, the flowers are not delivered. I have requested the Support team to refund my money immediately. If the refund is not initiated, I shall be forced to find the help from the Consumer Affair Department, Govt of West Bengal. The customer service of MyFlowerTree is horrible and I shall ask all my friends and colleagues to refrain from placing any order using this fake website.
How come I haven't seen above complaints & ordered from the site. My order was MFT96189

Unbelievably bad service. After charging EXTRA for delivery on Valentines day, 900+ fpr bunch of 20 flowers & they got delivered after 4 days with a bunch of 15 flowers that too on constant follow ups.

Pathetic is the word !!

The worst is the customer case team, the girl talks as if they are doing some favor. Crap !!

This site is so deceiving! The order is first of all delivered late. If you have issues about courier service etc, U SHOULD mention in advance that it will niot be delivered on the required date.
Moreover, The customer service people are extremely rude.. They don't know how to talk and they act like they own the world.
