[Resolved] Myntra.com — A real Bad Experience

'My Myntra" page on Myntra website shows the order is still to be processes, Myntra courier company page shows the items have been delivered to me on 11th december, Myntra call center says if the courier company says they have delivered-they must have delivered to me... A separate mail from Myntra ( I have a copy of the same with me) suggest the delivery of items were not processed till 17th December... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS TILL TODAY though I have paid the money upfront... Not sure if I shall be able to recover my money back ..... Order Ref No. 4626169: Rs. 46024 , Order No. 4626032: Rs.3834, Order No. 4648810

I did not get my refund money since after 12 days of returning back of product.i even contacts customer care/send email. .n checked wit myntra centre at gangtok. ..but it was not helpful for me n failed to get my refund money on my account. Hence I fervently request u to do d needfull for same.
