I Orderd Micromax A110 Mobile Phone On Internet site Myvirtualplaza.com Order No MVP0024808 Dt.30.01.2013 , Payment paid Through VisaCard Credit Card on 30.01.2013 Rs. 9979.00 I am calling them on No. [protected] / [protected] But always Busy or Switch off .

I ordered a Micromax A110 Canvas 2 mobile phone on 19th january with order number MVP0018531 from the website www.myvirtualplaza.com.The site showed that they have the product in stock but when I placed the order.They have promised to deliver the product within 3 to 7 days.Now 17 days have passed since I ordered the phone.There is no response to emails and phone calls.The phones are either switched off or busy all the time.This is outright cheating .If they dont have the product in stock they should inform the customers and refund their money immediately .They have no right to keep our money with them without delivering the product.If any one has received the product please inform us .I would be thankful if any one in Hyderabad help us in this matter
