nagar nigam jaipur - Marriage Certificate

In the era of e governance, we are still running around the goverment offices for our small works. I have visited several times Nagar Nigam Civil Lines Zone, Jyoti Nagar Office for my marriage certificate. It was very difficult for me to take time from my Office, where I am working.

I have visited nagar nigam four times, but still struglling for this small work of getting marriage certificate. Each time incomplete informations were provided me by officers sitted there. Finally after four round when all things are ready, Commissioner have gone on live since many days. Last time I visited on July 13, 2011 and since that day I have made several phone call on 5116336, but commissioner is not on leave.

Our state govt. has taken very good initiatives for promoting e governance. Things are available online. But still such things are happening and we are running around govt. offices. If somebody is on leave, there should be a alternate. I want to get my certificate as earliest as possible.
