I would like to draw the attention of civic authorities towards the daily nusiance being created at ram lila park mahanagar lucknow due to holding of marriages /receptions and other functions at this park. This has been going on for the last five six years and our repeated complaints in this regard have gone in vain.The problems that we have to face are as follows- Residents are unable to sleep due to use of loud speakers/dj systems till late in the night. Students are unable to study.Use of fireworks at the time of arrival can cause any mishappening.Vehicles of those attending marriage functions are parked right upto the gate of residents.Many times those attending functions consume liquor and use foul language thereby forcing residents to stay indoors. Request to tone down volume of loud speakers falls on deaf ears.Heavy electricity loads taken for the function causes low voltage/voltage fluctuations.park is left unclean for weeks after the function is over and thereby inviting all sots of diseases.I would further like to inform that the park is a developed one.It ws developed in the year1999 by municipal corp lko from sansad nidhi of SH ATAL BEHARI VAJPAYEE JI. Inaugaration of park wasdone by SHRI LAL JI TANDON on 9th oct1999.Leading dailies of lko have repored our problems/plight.Dainik jagran lko on17/05/2005 The times of india on14/06/2005 Hindustan time on18/06/2005 Indian express on 26june2005 Hindustan on 9march2007 Indian express on15aug 2007 have reported our problems.I would like to inform that in this marriage season marriages have already been held on 17nov/22nov/23nov/26nov/27nov/30nov/2dec/3dec/7dec/8dec and today also a marriage is being held at these park. These everyday marriages have turned thi park into a marriage centre and we the residents thoe residing nearby are left at the mercy of the organisers.I once again request the municipal authorities to cater to pur plight. I think your resident welfare association should hire a lawyer and take a stay for such functions and proceed application of complete ban on such function

marriages were also held at the venue on 10th and 12 dec
a marriage function is being held today . hosts have made arrangement for dj and i wonder whether we would be ble to sleep at night. Prrakash Pande
very difficult for the children and for aged people
marriages were held at this venue on 30th jan2011 and on 3rd 4th and 5th feb2011.On 8th there was janeyu sanskar function. Victims on all these occasions were no one else but we the residents. Authorities concerned to kindly note and act. P C Pande
