We, Narayana IIT Academy, Rohini Centre have applied on 11-Dec-2009 for the new connection with request no. [protected]. But the electric meter is not yet connected despite of the completion of five months whereas the maximum time you have promised is 72 days, due to which our students in the institute are suffering alot. They can not concentrated in the class because all the air conditioners can not be operated due to power shortage. Further more it is hampering our future business. A lot of complaints we are receiving from the parents who are threatening to withdraw their child from our institute. Despite of regular complaints being done at Rohini Office of NDPL the due response has not been received.
It is hence hereby requested that please install the meter so that we can take our classes in healthy and hygenic environment.
