This is for students who are looking for project center in chennai for doing final year B.E/B.Tech/M.E/MCA projects. There is a project centre called NCCT in Nungambakkam, Chennai Website: www.ncct.in. If you google it, you can see the IEEE project abstracts they have developed uploaded in Scribd website. None of these projects are really worth for money. The projects are implemented in java/.NET and it will be no way related to that particular IEEE paper. The paper may talk about a concept, but they interpret it in a completely different way and develop it which looks very elementary. Don't go to NCCT and waste your money.
