Dear Sir,

I am resident of 1767 Lodhi Raod complex-110003, opposite Jawaharlal Nehru stadium, one of the main venus of common wealth games. This is to bring to your notice that the entire buidling of 16 houses[protected] is been highly affected due to accumulation of garbage and malba depoists on the cooridor floors of the building. Moreover CPWD people have opened nalis and pipes which has led to breeding grounds for dengue and malaria mosquitos. Almost every second household member of the family is suffering from it. The water and garbage is stagnating for last two months and instead of repeated complaints to PWD staff we have failed to recieve any action. As a taxpayer I would earnestly request you to pay attention to clear the malwa and garbage as soon as possible.

Subject: - Regarding water – logging and heaps of garbage, in front of school’s gate
Sir
It is to bring again your kind notice towards the garbage collection and water-logging in front of N.P Girls School, Gole Market School’s gate. Due to overflowed sewer water level on the road increases up to knee-level of students. Due to renovation – work by NDMC in Lal Bahadur Sadan, garbage and malba deposits on the road which is inviting Malaria/Dengue parasites which is highly risky for students and other people around the school and within the school premises. This menace has created air pollution too. This makes highly difficult for students and teachers to reach school. No action has been taken in this regard.
I request you again, to make arrangements to repair the road and clear the garbage as soon as possible.
Thanking you

Yours sincerely

Sir,
I am a resident of K Block Sarojini Nagar, a prime Government locality of NDMC. It is one of the reputed Government officers' Blocks of Sarojini Nagar so far as cleanliness and supply of water are concerned. But I am constraint to bring to your kind notice that last few months both the above civic areas have been neglected by the NDMC in K-Block and this ignorance caused several diseases to the residents of K-Block as garbage is dumped all over the lawns of K-Block and contaiminated water supply will also adversely affect the health of the K-Block residents. During this winter season many dengue/chickengunia/jaundice cases have been detected in K-Block of Sarojnini Nagar and is now known as health hazard locality of Sarojini Nagar.

In view of the above, I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into it personally and sort out the problems facing by the residents of K-Block of Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi due to contaiminated water supply and garbage dumped in the lawns of K Block by issuing the suitable instructions to the concerned officers.
