I am a resident of 15, 2nd Main Road, Raja Annamalai Puram Chennai. The Garbage disposal in my area is being managed by Neel Metal Fanalca who have placed a public dustbin near our house. Ours is an independent house and as middle class residents we cannot afford a watchman. So what happens is that people aim their garbage into the dust bine often missing it and sometimes deliberatly throwing unwieldy items into it which results in the surrounding area strewn with garbage much of which flies into our house.

We have reqeusted the employees of this company to ensure that when they collect garbage or clean the pavements they deal with these issues. However they do not . Often we have been accused of throwing these items on to the pavement and asked to clean them ourselves.

It is impossible to deal with the rudeness of the staff and poor quality of garbage collection.

I am a resident of 16/B, 3rd cross street, Andal Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088. The Garbage disposal in my area is being managed by Neel Metal Fanalca who have placed a public dustbin near the empty plot next to my house. What happens is that people aim their garbage into the dust bine often missing it and sometimes deliberatly throwing the into the pavement it which results in the surrounding area strewn with garbage. And when we ask the people who through the garbage they tell that the employees have asked them to put the coconut tree wast in the pavement.
We have reqeusted the employees of this company to ensure that when they collect garbage or clean the pavements they deal with these issues. However they ask for extra money we have once paid Rs 1500.00 to the person and shared it among 4 residence and they cleaned the whole area. But the issue is still continueing and we cannot afford to pay every time. Or what they do is they burn the cocount tree leaves and the fire is reaching the EB wire and it is too dangerous so we had to put off the fire. We once told the staff not to burn them insted clean them they absued us and started burning them once again.It is impossible to deal with the rudeness of the staff and poor quality of garbage collection.

Neel Metal Fanalca is doing the worst service in collecting and disposing the garbage and waste. They never clean the debris that are surrounding the very small dust bin that they provide. Often many a time, they take the dustbin and leave that are without any dustbin. This happens for more than 3 to 4 hours a day. Because of this people tend to throw the garbage in the place where the dust bin used to be. And these arrogant people never clear the garbage that lay on the road. Also i need to stress this point. They ask money to remove the debris that are present surrounding the garbage. Even we gave them money but they never clear it completely asking for more money. This is the worst ever behaviour I have ever seen.

Kindly bring back Onyx becas they have done a very good job during their tenure and I do not know y this corporation has cancelled their contract and given this worst neel metal fanalca the contract. West Mambalam now looks like a stinking yard.

I am residing in 19th, Avenue, Ashok Nagar.The garbage disposal is very pathetic in our street.Neel metal fanalca had kept a single bin at the end of the road for about 50 families staying in the street.The company fails to clear the bin everyday and so the entrance of the road is quite bad and the public finds very difficult to enter the road.I have called Mr.Nithyanandan, supervisor for this area, he blindly told me to write a letter to the zonal manager.Is this the way supervisor work?Dpes he need a letter to do his work?I can't imagine where we will be put up if corporation is going to allow this company to continue their services.

The Garbage disposal in my area is being managed by Neel Metal Fanalca who have placed a public dustbin near our house. Ours is an independent house and as middle class residents we cannot afford a watchman. So what happens is that people aim their garbage into the dust bin often missing it and sometimes deliberately throwing unwieldy items into it which results in the surrounding area strewn with garbage much of which flies into our house. Whenever the vehicle comes for Garbage cleaning, the vehicle will never come near to the dust bin nor are the person who is taking the dust bin not keeping the dust bin in the same place. They are keeping the dust bin near our gate as they likes.

We have requested the employees of this company to ensure that when they collect garbage or clean the pavements they deal with these issues. However they do not.

Due to the above, we are facing lot of health issues also. We requested to take necessary action to resolve the above issues.

We, Presevi Industrial Company, Old#16, pillaiyarkoil street, Kanagam, Taramani P O -600113, facing the problem due to poor garbage cleaning and keeping the bin infront of the gate - due to this the garbage spread everywhere in front of the gate. Neel metal fanalca — garbage bins

Iam a resident of 40,vathiyar kandan pillai st,choolai chennai-600112.The street where Iam residing does not have a proper garbage disposal bin.Hence the garbage is thrown on the roads causing a lot of problems during rain and the foul smell is unbearable.So kindly ask the concerned neel metal fanalca to provide a bin and improve the condition of the area.

I am in Alex Street, Panneer Nagar, Mogappair, Chennai-600037. There is an arrangement for door to door collection of garbage. But, the staff collecting the garbage from the door steps refuse to clean up the street and collect the garbage that accrues naturally or deliberately left by uncivic residents of the area. When i pleaded with the staff, they have been insolent and state that it is not their job to clean and collect the garbage in the street. I wonder why they should refuse to sweep and clean up the street, which is supposed to be first duty of a civic worker. There is no point in simply collecting the garbage from the door steps, leaving the street to gather dust and garbage. I would like Neel Metal Fanalca to look into it and arrange for clean up the streets and rid it of the garbage in the streets, on priority basis.

I am a resident of Park Road Anna NAgar west extn Chennai. The Garbage diposal person never comes to collect the garbage. But we have to pay him every month. Please kindly look into the matter.

We are a resident of Chintadripet, Chennai 600 002, Our street name is Swami Naicken Street the garbage is not at all cleaned by the neel metal fanalca staff and she dumps all the garbage in one place telling to public that vehicle will come and pick the garbage but noone is coming and clearing the garbage and elderly people and children are getting affected because of the smell

I am resident of 4th Cross Street, II Layout, Lakhmi Hayagreva Nagar, Adambakkam Chennai. In my road there is a carbage bin, which is being placed near the Children Park. The carbage is not being removed on daily basis. Also the carbage from other streets are being dumped here and the carbages are littering the entire park and the street. Apart from this, because of failure to remove the carbage on daily basis and acculation of carbage from other streets are making the place durty and foul smell is spreading all over. No sweeping of the raod. Since rain had started the area is becoming unfit to live because of foul smell.

I have made many complaints to the neelmetal agent, Madras Corporation through the general complaint number 1913. But the response is very very poor.

We are paying tax and our money is being paid to to private agent neelmetal fenelca for removal of carbage. But what is happening. No cleanliness and we are suffering.

Hence please take immediate step to remove the carbage. Also please remove the carbage bin from here.

The above complaint was lodged on[protected] and today the date is[protected]. Tomorrow is our Independent day. The above complaint is not being attended in the Independent India just for removing the garbage for more than 15 days. What for we are paying the Corporation Tax. After the new government has taken charge of Tamil Nadu we that the the Chennai will be kept clean. But even after giving the complaint it is not being attended. Very Poor Administration. The Citizens have no word to say about the services of Chennai Corporation.

What steps the Corporation is taking for removal of garbage. What for there is agreement with NeelKamal for removal of Garbage. Why we need to renew the agreement with the agency again???????????????????

Sir, Your services in our area is Very, Very, Very, Very, Poor Because of your staff. in our area your staffs are not pickuping the garbage till now. They are pickuping the garbage @ 1 1/2 Month only.
So garbage are got smell. The garbage place is near water pump then how the people can take water pls find out the problem and clear it proper or other wise change the area waste collecter in our division. Bcs they are working for money only and when we call him told him to pick up the garbage they are telling wait we come then they should not come & collect they garbage.

Neel metal fanalca — Garbage Clearing

There is no garbage bin kept in Ayyasamy Street, Triplicane, Chennai - 600 005. Garbages are not being cleared on a daily basis. The whole street corner is filled up with garbage, and even vehicles could not enter the street. It smells so very bad, and it could spread diseases to the occupants and passer by of this street. Immediate attention by the authorities is warranted.

Very Poor Service in Disposal / Clearing of Garbage
I am residing at Golden Colony, Chennai (Padi road). The Garbage disposal in my area is being managed by Neel Metal Fanalca.Garbage is not cleared daily and for the past 10 days it has not been cleared. The complete street is stinking because of this and this may even lead to diseaes due to mosquito.

I request the respective authorities to depute a staff from their company for clening and disposal of waste and garbage daily.
