Hi, I was working with Neesa Leisure Ltd - Neesa Group for one and half year, last year may2011, i was resigned with giving necessary notice period for smooth full and final as it was suggested by HR - Satyarth to follow the procedure, even i was submitted the official notebook and other things immeditely, after giving handover and no due certificate, although i do not get my full and final till date, i gave thousand reminders, mails, sms and phone calls but they didn't respond. please let me know what i have to do, should i go for legal action?? or should i go in labour court?? how such group doing froud and cheeting with the employees like us. more than 1Lacs ruppees i have to recover with this group (three months salary).
Please help me to get my pending dues with this froud company. the management of this group is really poor and very bad as far as employees satisfaction concern. ever the honour do not have any sense how to act. i was even send more than 50 mails to this group chairman Sanjay Gupta even he didn't reply and mail.
