Neeta — i lost my luggage

i prerna kumari has left my luggage in neeta travels bus on 2 /1/2012 .This bus was going from mumbai to pune and i board the bus from santa cruise airport in mumbai and left the bus in wakad in pune .In the mean while i didnot take my luggage .The luggage contain go air tag as i was travelling from flight from ranchi to mumbai.The bag has manny eatable items and some clothes and chappals and certain cosmatic items.Please see to my complaint as soon as possible. I took the bus at 5 30 from mumbai and reached wakad at 10 approx .The bus was going to kothrud.
