Net4.in — No customer support

I Purchase online package from net4.in. but them web building and web hosting services are not work after loging. i called lot of time to customer care but i think there is no customer support system in net4. no one attend a call in customer support cell. i try from last 5 days. i personally request to never buy any offer form net4.in. its really a cheat customers
