fraud by getting money and not giving job
Netflexsoft technologies pvt ltd only has a website and a small room like office in Pune.It is run by a criminal named subash mohanty.he gave ad in bangalore mirror newspaper in the name of iglobe technologies for SAP jobs.when we went for interview he demanded rs.60,000/- per head for job and he said his company name was netflexsoft technologies .after few months he cheated and took all our money and closed the so called office which was in bannerghatta road , bangalore after wasting our time for more than two months.his website is www.netflexsoft.com he is running his office in pune and he provides fake experience certificates in SAP and gets money from many people and cheats them.pls try to put a complaint against him and put him in jail.he has given us so much of mental torture and agony and wasted our valuable time also.take necessary action.his address- PUNE HEAD OFFICE:

It is wrong, WE never do like this.Our Co still exists at Pune Location. We never Charge for Job.this is a complaint by our Competitors.we can give ref of lot of Cands who worked in Project SAP real time as a trainee during 2007 & 2008 working in IBM, Accenture, etc. You Can visit our Pune office or Call on Land Line-020-65003111.WE do not Charge for Job, only for real time project exposure.Pl visit website:www.netflexsoft.com

There are hundreds of complaints against this company on internet and many complaints at various police station (commissioner office PUNE, Joint commissioner office, Economic offence wing, Dep. commissioner of police, Pune etc.). However no action taken so far.
I know at least 20 victims and about few complaints filed at above police stations.
Please refer one of the internet forum and various complaints.
Please suggest how to proceed and take serious action against this company and save hard earned money of many victims like me.
Now my points are
1. Please help me in the recovery of my money.
2. I would like to request SAP INDIA . SAP Authorities to cancel company license because they are cheating with people. This is not only me who is suffering one of my cousin brother’s friend is also stucked in the same case.
3. I have reciept from the company for the payment of 1, 25, 00/-. If SAP INDIA authorities want it I can show them.
4. I have the mails from SIRD GROUP where I asked confirmation from them that they return my money and they replied me they need some time and will return my money back.
Now they are not giving me my money please help me in getting my money back also please cancel their license because they are cheating other people also. Please do this as soon as possible .

I am an advocate i can say that you can file a criminal case against this company but the real problem is that no one wants to take such initiative that's why such companies cheat. so go and contact a legal professional. That's only remedy...

Why you guys are not complaining to police? They are extremly dangerous creatures for inocent students. Put a case in Labour law and send them behind bars. These idiots should be thrown out of the state and out of the country. Bastuds!

It is totally baseless.I myself is working in CMM level 5 co, drawing 8.5 lac package as a SR.FICO consultant after having working as a Associate FICO Consultants in end to implementation & SAP support.THere are many of our Colleagues are working in REPUTED IT cos in India, EUROPE & USA.Net Flex never gives any fake experience, Director, Subash Mohanty himself is a CA, with strong SAP FICO & SAP Project Management & Project delivery Experience, He will never give any fake experience, If any cand has misutilised Co's Letterhead, If Prooved, His candidature will be cancelled and necessary action will be taken.Many IT cos come & go, Net Flex is still working with same name since last 10 years. Every has own problems, Management wants to positioning it as a reputed SAP solutions providing co, Now Net Flex is a SAP Channel Partner.They have many implementation Projects starting in next few months.So If anybody has any doubt or complaint or anything happened without knowledge of Director, He will help it out, He is a very Co-operative person.If he has cheated any body, nobody will wait for a moment either he will make police complaint or take legal action.We know that Net Flex is not doing anything wrong for any candidates' career or play with career deliberately and will not do anything harmful to future of any candidate. A few SAP trained candidates join as a SAP Project trainee for three months, some cands have misunderstood it, have taken as a job.Still co has issued how many months worked in real time trainee exp doc.Still somebody, expects wrongly which is not co's policy If he is not required at all .There is no reason to blame anyway.If anybody has payment proof for Job, they can meet management & solve issue.But in reality, it is not there, those who have complained they are either biased or misguided by competitors outside Net flex. AS a friend, I will suggest You can go & meet Subash Mohanty to solve problem. Blaming co, nothing will happen, We know What Net FLex is, How it take care of his Employees or trainees SAP, nothing will happen to Net Flex or Subash Mohanty.NO CA person dares to Start a SAP solutions providing co without IT back ground.The Person who has working more than 10 years in Internal audit & Investigations in Co fraud in Past Experience, He can justify what he is & what he can do.Your blaming will not do any harm to his hair.You will see Net Flex Just after an Year. You will be man of Complain only & Experience in that domain. Be Broad mind & come out see the world. GALIKA KUTA KA NATURE AHI HOTA HE.Don't be like that.At least after SAP training, You must have a good personality, otherwise you will quarrel with teamlead there also, on the spot will be terminated by PM.Thanks.

I met a guy named Subash Mohanty in Hyderabad last week, his email ID he gave was <mohanty.subash@netflexsoft.com> is it the same guy you people are refering above, he was interested in lease my premises located in IT corridor of Hyderabad.
He was also offering me a business proposal of purchasing a rolling mill in Orissa (he said he belongs to Orissa state and works in Pune). I have got CCTV cameras at my premises, I will place his picture in my next blog for you guys to recognize him, hoping it benefets to someone whom he cheated financially.
