got electricity disconnected on 27 sep[protected]. ( GOB[protected] gave application for refund personally with new address immidiately after paying last bill by hand.
even the rti query about refund got no proper response.
NOT received security deposit refund till date. lodged complaint on the online citizen complaints management system on 31 oct 2011. got complaint number for tracing the complaint . the complaint is forwarded but beyond that there is no progress.
the deptt should be giving interest to citizens whose security deposit they are holding unduly without any legal authority.
why citizens money be kept by the govt department unnecessarily?
the chairman ndmc should organise clearing of security deposit because if it lies with them another scam of staff manipulating to take out this unclaimed and unreturned money by forging the documents etc may take place . Was this information helpful? |
